• All Customers with GC Accounts have a 15-day grace period before payment is due. Customers without accounts, payment is due after services have been rendered.
• Default in Payment: the Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment. Expenses. The Client shall reimburse the Designer for all expenses arising from the project.
• Sales Tax: The Client shall be responsible for the payment of sales tax, if any such tax is due.
• In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
